White corundum is made of industrial alumina powder as raw material and refined using modern new unique technology. Sandblasting abrasives have the characteristics of short grinding time, high efficiency, good benefits and low price. The main components: aluminum oxide (Al2O3) content is more than 98%, and contains a small amount of iron oxide, silicon oxide and other components. It is white in color. It is made by smelting at a high temperature of over 2000 degrees in an electric arc and then cooling. It is crushed and shaped, magnetically separated to remove iron, and screened into a variety of particle sizes. Its texture is dense and hard, and the particles form sharp corners.

White corundum sandblasting is widely used in anticorrosion and derusting of pipelines, polishing and derusting of steel structures, cleaning of workpiece surfaces, polishing of electronic components, etc.
 

Has no influences about the color of processed parts.

Can be used in the processes where the iron powder residue is strictly prohibited.

Shaping grains are very suitable for wet sandblasting and polishing operations.

The following are the surface treatment effects of BFA 24# 150# 180# 220#, the coarser the particle size, the rougher the blasted surface, and the finer the particle size, the smoother the surface treatment.
